New Body Jewelry Links

I've made quite a few changes and additions to the body jewelry links. They are now divided into categories that match the locations of your body piercings. Sure, body jewelry placement is flexible, but I found some excellent selections for specific areas. The general links are still included--you'll find them in a "Miscellaneous" topic at the bottom of the page.
