Monday November 1, 2004
If you can make it to Houston before March 27, 2005, try to attend Cartier Design viewed by Ettore Sottsass, an exhibit of 200 items from The Cartier Collection, displayed in showcases created by Italian designer Ettore Sottsass. Included are brooches, necklaces, tiaras, rings, bracelets, accessories and clocks that date mostly from the first half of the 20th century. Cartier has been making jewelry and accessories since 1847, but this exhibit also includes items from the company's private collection. More About the Exhibit
