IRS Putting Bill Reminders in Oscar Goodie Bags

Seems like celebrity Oscar goodie bags are getting more valuable every year. The IRS has noticed. Next year the bags will come with another gift--a reminder that the value of each bag's contents must be reported on the recipient's income taxes.
