Bracelets and Bangles

Did you watch the 2007 Oscars presentations to see what kind of jewelry the celebs were wearing? Celebrities always help set trends, but jewelry designers have the real power, because they control what's available for celebs -- and us -- to choose from. A high percentage of women at the Oscars wore either wide bangles or stacks of bangles and bracelets, mixing styles and often wearing them on both wrists. The word is that most of the bracelets they wore were made from platinum set with diamonds and other precious gems, but you can get the same look for a lot less.
