Vintage Oscar Jewelry & Fashions

A Celebration of Vintage Oscar Jewelry & Fashions was an event curated by André Leon Talley to showcase about forty gowns worn by actresses at past Academy Award Presentations. Some of the dresses were modeled, like the Bob Mackie gown in this photo, but others were fragile and had to be displayed on mannequins.
