Super Bowl Rings
Thursday January 29, 2009
It's a safe bet that sports ring companies have already designed potential championship rings for the Steelers and the Cardinals. It's considered bad luck for anyone to present ring ideas before the game, but that will change as soon as the winning team leaves the field. Not many people ever own one of these collectible rings, and they have become way more ornate since the Green Bay Packers won Super Bowl I in 1967. This ring commemorates the Kansas City (my home town) Chiefs' Super Bowl IV win -- compare it to the ornate ring designed for the Steelers after Super Bowl XL.Photo © Jostens
