For jewelry lovers, last year's SAG Awards were all about earrings. And while earrings weren't in short supply this year, it was the bracelets that deserve 2009 jewelry awards. Since the Thais started fracture filling Ruby and other colored gemstones, a beautiful Ruby can be purchased for not a lot of money.
