Paula Abdul wore a wide stack of platinum and garnet bracelets on one wrist, while Janet Jackson chose studded-leather bracelets for her AMA performance. Nicole Kidman's pearl-draped diamond hoops were classic, and Alicia Keys looked stunning in diamond button earrings.
