Designs are similar, but the gemstones used in these rings (many are either simulated, synthetic or treated to enhance color and clarity) are somewhat larger than those in the lower priced category, and metals include sterling silver and gold filled or gold plated metals. Mom's birthstone appears as an emerald cut simulated stone as the focal point of the ring shown here, with children represented by smaller stones.

The size of stones grows again in this collection, and some are quite large. The styles could be the perfect choice if Mom likes to wear lots of color, but it may be best to slip back into a lower pricing category if she prefers more subdue jewelry.
