People Magazine was possibly the first to report that Kristen Bell and fellow actor Dax Shepard are engaged. The couple began dating in 2007, and Shepard proposed during the 2009 winter holidays. Kristen's engagement ring is a Neil Lane design, a platinum setting that holds a 3-carat emerald-cut fancy colored diamond that's flanked by a row of white diamonds on each side. More diamonds decorate the shank.
