Chandelier EarringsChandelier Earrings Can Be a Good Choice for Special EventsSpend a lot, or spend a little. You don't have to spend a fortune to find a super looking pair of chandelier earrings -- unless you want to. I chose these earrings for their looks, and they do represent a range of prices. If you like chandeliers, I think you'll be able to find a nice pair for yourself or for a special gift. Jewelry like this, made by coating silver with gold, is called vermeil. These pretty vermeil chandelier earrings are fashioned with oval discs that dangle from a chandelier framework. The earrings have enough depth and movement to look nice when viewed from any direction. These white gold chandelier earrings are more pricey, but they do have 1/7 carat (total weight) of round diamonds dangling from them. The main body of the earrings is made from twisted gold that's been manipulated into a vintage-looking design. Long posts with diamonds at their ends dangle from the lower parts of each earring; short segments with gold-framed diamonds fill in the curves that makes up the body of the chandelier. Polished sterling silver beads are worked into the twisted silver framework of these pretty chandelier earrings. The combination of polished beads and textured, ornate framing give these earrings an elegant appearance -- and sterling makes them affordable. Try these chandelier earrings if you're looking for something a little more simple, but stunning. A black onyx, oval cabochon is positioned lengthwise on each earring, dangling from two gold chains. Five black beads hang just a short distance from the bottom of the cabochon. These diamond and gold chandelier earrings move us back into a more expensive category, but they would be a perfect accessory for an elegant occasion. The framework begins with ovals inside of ovals -- three altogether and diminishing in size as they move towards the top of the earring. A looped floral motif hides the post support. The earrings are 1/2" long and measure 7/8" at their widest spot. Approximately .40 carats (total weight) of round diamonds dangle from oval settings within the framework. Nine cubic zirconias are fashioned into the framework of these sterling silver chandelier earrings. Think 'two capital Vs,' one inverted onto each other. That's what the frame looks like. The earrings hang 2-3/8" and contain a total of 13.50 carats of CZ.
