Look for mostly classic jewelry on celebrities who attended the 2009 CMA Awards in Nashville, Tennessee. As always, attendees wore a range of styles. Diamonds were as popular as ever, and the number one choice for earrings, although no single style emerged as a favorite. Many women wore either wide cuffs or stacked bracelets and bangles. A few of the guys wore some interesting pieces, too.
